Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Knitting Nest. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including the purchase of customized socks and other related products. By placing an order with Knitting Nest, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. General

• Knitting Nest specializes in the manufacturing and export of customized socks for clients, including schools, sports clubs, sports academies, and distribution wholesalers.
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Knitting Nest reserves the right to decline an order at any time.

2. Payment Terms

• For new customers, the following payment structure applies:
  • 30% Payment: Required at the time of ordering samples.
  • 20% Payment: Due upon sample approval.
  • 50% Payment: Must be completed before the products are shipped.
• For existing customers, payment terms may vary and will be agreed upon in writing.
• Payments must be made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods. All transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer. All payments made to us are NON-REFUNDABLE.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• No Refunds: Knitting Nest does not offer refunds for any payments made, including for samples, orders, or any other services.
• Cancellations are only permitted before sample production begins. Once production starts, the full payment schedule must be honored.

4. Product Specifications and Approval

• Knitting Nest will provide samples based on the client’s requirements.
• It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and approve the samples. No claims or disputes regarding the product’s specifications will be entertained after approval.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, logistics, or external factors.
• Knitting Nest is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, transportation issues, or other events beyond our control.
• All shipping costs, including customs duties, taxes, and other charges, are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

• Any designs, logos, or customizations provided by the client remain the client’s intellectual property. Knitting Nest may use or share such materials for any purpose other than fulfilling the order.
• Knitting Nest retains the right to display products (without revealing client-specific information) in marketing or promotional materials.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Knitting Nest is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
• In the event of a defect or error attributable to Knitting Nest, our liability is limited to the value of the defective product (unit) only.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

• Knitting Nest is committed to safeguarding client information. Please refer to our [Privacy Policy] for detailed information on how we handle data.
• While we take precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. We are not responsible of any loss to any company, if any data breach occurs.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Pakistan]. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Pakistan] only.

10. Amendments
